I am a Product Design and Customer Experience leader who specializes in transforming complex, multi-service ecosystems into intuitive and scalable products. My work spans cloud modernization at AWS, device operations at Amazon, and digital media transformation at The Associated Press, giving me a balanced perspective across enterprise systems and fast-moving consumer environments.
At AWS, I lead design across EC2, Lightsail, Messaging, and Backup and support modernization products such as AWS Transform, the company’s first agentic experience. Over the past three years, I have guided more than one hundred launches and served as a CX Bar Raiser for more than two hundred releases. My focus is on connecting design strategy with customer mental models, strengthening executive alignment, and creating mechanisms that raise the customer experience bar at scale.
I collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to shape long-term product direction. I help teams navigate ambiguity, clarify experience tradeoffs, and shift from feature delivery to outcome-focused decision making. Whether the challenge involves cross-organization alignment or defining trust models for AI driven systems, I work to simplify complexity and create clarity that enables execution.
My leadership philosophy centers on clarity, trust, and sustainable mechanisms. I am a continuous learner who builds teams that are resilient, customer obsessed, and able to influence through strong narrative thinking and deep understanding of business and technology. I prepare designers for the future of AI powered experiences by helping them understand customer intent, system behavior, and how automation can reduce effort while keeping customers informed and in control.
Outside of work, I stay curious through travel, reading, and reflection. Philosophy and astronomy help me see systems clearly and bring perspective to the large-scale challenges I enjoy solving, especially those that make humanity prosper.
