I led the multi-year design strategy for the modernization portfolio at AWS, unifying four major products into the first cohesive modernization journey. My work spanned machine learning insights, AI assisted workflows, and AWS Transform, the company’s first agentic modernization experience. I aligned engineering, product, and multiple design teams across QCT, VMware, and Mainframe to create trustworthy, transparent, and scalable workflows that accelerated .NET modernization by up to four times and reduced customer licensing costs by forty percent. This portfolio introduced the first intelligence layer for modernization, the first architecture driven cost model, and the first agentic workflow adopted across AWS.
